You may return any item for refund/credit or exchange for any reason if its in "resellable" condition within 60 days.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that results from use of our products. Use of our products in a manner ther than that for wich they were manufactured also nullifies this warranty. For any item wich you want to guarantee this process must be approved by our customer service department.

Describing the reason for your return and the action you would like taken, To start your clainm process it's necesary to send us the number where we identify the batch number engraved of each product.

Cleto Reyes Articles are handmade, manufactured with the best materials, under strictest quality control, to assure the best performance product.  This warranty does not cover used product, wear, tear or misuse. This product will be repair or replace with proof of original purchase (receipt & package), in the same condition as received. Cleto Reyes will replace the product one day after purchase or one day after delivery notification, to make return after your notification, this apply for color, size or weight changes.

For online returns (Amazon, e-Bay,, please consider to cover the shipping and handling costs by client. Online returns apply a 25% of restocking fee.

Dealer sales returns must be handling by them directly; please contact your authorized dealer. Please consider to cover the shipping and handling costs by client or dealer.

The warranty only applies for 60 days at manufacturing defects, the item will be analyzed to evaluate if it is a manufacturing defect or created damage.  Warranty it’s only for purchases realized through authorized dealers, please consult for authorized dealers. If you, try to fix up the product by yourself this will lose automatically the warranty.

It is recommended that you send all returns via USPS. Send your package insured and postage paid.
There will be no credits or refunds for return shipping charges.

If you request that we replace or exchange any item you will be responsible for paying the re-shipping charges.

There will be no credits or refunds for any merchandise more than 60 days after purchase.

Thank you very much for your preference. All returned items must be with the original receipt, original package, in the same condition as when received by the purchase and without been used. A 20% restocking fee may apply on any open item and if the item was purchase online the shipping cost must be paid by the customer return of items purchase online it only will be accepted after one day of confirmation delivery. The warranty only applies for 60 days at manufacturing defects, the item will be analyzed to evaluate if is a manufacturing defect or a created damage, in case to be necessary shipped the item the cost of this will be covered by the client and if the warranty applied the return will be at no cost. Any unauthorized repairs will void warranty.
